- Paid Subscription: A non-refundable annual subscription fee of ₹5,000 is required for users who wish to conduct property-related business through the platform or access others' posted property details. It is the user’s responsibility to fully understand the subscription terms before making the payment.
- Commission Policy: Vinod Properties only provides property information and does not participate in commission transactions. Users are responsible for directly managing and receiving any commission from buyers or sellers.
- Incentives: Users may receive promotional incentives based on the business they generate for the platform. These incentives are variable and not considered a salary or fixed income.
- Subscription Validity: The subscription is valid for one year. To continue business activities through the platform, users must renew the subscription annually as per the terms applicable at the time.
- User Acknowledgment: By subscribing, users confirm they have read and agreed to all terms, and that they understand the subscription is non-refundable.

- सशुल्क सदस्यता: प्लेटफ़ॉर्म के ज़रिए संपत्ति से संबंधित व्यवसाय करने या दूसरों की पोस्ट की गई संपत्ति के विवरण तक पहुँचने के इच्छुक उपयोगकर्ताओं के लिए ₹5,000 का गैर-वापसी योग्य वार्षिक सदस्यता शुल्क आवश्यक है। भुगतान करने से पहले सदस्यता शर्तों को पूरी तरह से समझना उपयोगकर्ता की ज़िम्मेदारी है।
- कमीशन नीति: विनोद प्रॉपर्टीज़ केवल संपत्ति की जानकारी प्रदान करती है और कमीशन लेनदेन में भाग नहीं लेती है। उपयोगकर्ता सीधे खरीदारों या विक्रेताओं से किसी भी कमीशन को प्रबंधित करने और प्राप्त करने के लिए ज़िम्मेदार हैं।
- प्रोत्साहन: उपयोगकर्ता प्लेटफ़ॉर्म के लिए उत्पन्न किए गए व्यवसाय के आधार पर प्रचार प्रोत्साहन प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। ये प्रोत्साहन परिवर्तनशील हैं और इन्हें वेतन या निश्चित आय नहीं माना जाता है।
- सदस्यता वैधता: सदस्यता एक वर्ष के लिए वैध है। प्लेटफ़ॉर्म के माध्यम से व्यावसायिक गतिविधियों को जारी रखने के लिए, उपयोगकर्ताओं को उस समय लागू शर्तों के अनुसार सालाना सदस्यता को नवीनीकृत करना होगा।
- उपयोगकर्ता स्वीकृति: सदस्यता लेने से, उपयोगकर्ता पुष्टि करते हैं कि उन्होंने सभी शर्तों को पढ़ लिया है और उनसे सहमत हैं, और वे समझते हैं कि सदस्यता गैर-वापसी योग्य है।
